“I have known Dr. Alicia Rozycki for almost 8 years. As a former colleague, I can attest to her professionalism and enthusiasm in her clinical work. She is well liked by colleagues and has been helpful to me in a consultant role on challenging and difficult cases. In her clinical work and reviewing clinical notes, Dr. Rozycki was thorough in developing treatment plans in a collaborative manner with her patients. She has excellent communications skills and works well within a treatment team setting. She presented herself as a true professional in every way, and the client's care and confidentiality was always paramount. She not only helped the client in the professional setting but modeled a healthy lifestyle in her everyday lifestyle. I am pleased to have been her co-worker and continue to be her friend.

Highly achieving but internally overwhelmed ?
Over-achieving. Over-doing. Overwhelmed.
Do you feel so tense and focused on your to-do list just winding down for sleep takes hours?
Do you deal with women's issues like trying to balance being a go-getter at work and a "fixer" for all the problems at home?
Are you a caregiver in relationships to the point of exhaustion, feeling responsible for other people’s emotional well-being?
anxiously busy & people pleasing
Staying busy has worked to keep the feelings of hurt, resentment, shame, and anxiety away, but now that strategy is backfiring. You say “yes” when you want to say “no.” You’re spread too thin. You know something’s not right, you wonder if the people around you are toxic, but you just can’t quite identify exactly what’s wrong or what to change. You feel stuck about what life decisions to make to lessen the overwhelm, but you know things need to change and want relief now.
perfectionistic from birth?
Honestly, this is nothing new. You’ve been super responsible, even perfectionistic, and attuned to everyone else’s feelings since a not-so-great childhood. When parents were tuned out, yelling, or wrapped up in family drama you could at least focus on excelling at school and extracurriculars to appease tensions or avoid wrath. Despite moving forward in education and career, relationships have usually been a struggle—in love, toxic workplaces, or with family.
from anxiously worrying to calmly knowing the next steps
Our first priority will be focusing on helping you get some sleep and clear your mind from the to-do list that is on repeat. We’ll then focus on giving you strategies to shake the negative self-talk before taking a deeper dive to figure out who told you you don’t measure up. In other words, let’s learn where this huge need to be everything to everyone came from so we can pull it out by its roots.
and then the fun part begins…
Practice guilt-free self-care,
Feel fulfilled with meaningful activities,
Shake resentments,
Comfortably say “no,” and
Live the life you want for yourself while bringing your best self to those you love.
time to take a chance on change
If you’re a woman who is feeling tired, overwhelmed, or underappreciated, this practice is for you. I absolutely love guiding women on their journey from anxiety and overwhelm to living a life in balance where I can cheer for them as they finally focus on their own needs, goals, and lifelong dreams.
I’ve made the same shifts in my own life and want as many women as possible to experience the benefits of living a life where they do the things that bring them joy, not as an extra, but as a routine part of life.
